1. Productos fabricados a medida<\/h2>

La mayor\u00eda de nuestros productos, como pasamanos, barandas y cicleteros de acero inoxidable<\/strong>, son fabricados especialmente seg\u00fan las medidas, especificaciones o dise\u00f1os solicitados por cada cliente.<\/p>

Por esta raz\u00f3n:<\/p>

    No se aceptan devoluciones ni cancelaciones<\/strong> una vez iniciado el proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    El cliente debe revisar y aprobar previamente medidas, dise\u00f1o, material y terminaciones<\/strong> antes de la producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Si el pedido a\u00fan no ha entrado en producci\u00f3n<\/strong>, se puede solicitar la cancelaci\u00f3n del pedido. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

    2. Productos est\u00e1ndar o en stock<\/h2>

    Si el producto corresponde a un modelo est\u00e1ndar disponible en stock:<\/p>

      Se puede solicitar devoluci\u00f3n dentro de 10 d\u00edas desde la recepci\u00f3n del producto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    • \n

      El producto debe estar:<\/p>\n

      • \n

        Sin uso<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        En perfecto estado<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Con su embalaje original<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      • \n

        Con boleta o factura de compra. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

        Los costos de env\u00edo por devoluci\u00f3n corren por cuenta del cliente.<\/p>

        3. Productos da\u00f1ados o con fallas<\/h2>

        Si el producto presenta fallas de fabricaci\u00f3n o da\u00f1os en el transporte<\/strong>, el cliente deber\u00e1 informar dentro de 48 horas posteriores a la recepci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>

        Se debe enviar:<\/p>

          N\u00famero de pedido<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Fotograf\u00edas del producto<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

        • \n

          Descripci\u00f3n del problema<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

          Luego de la revisi\u00f3n, la empresa podr\u00e1 ofrecer:<\/p>

          • \n

            Reparaci\u00f3n del producto<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Reemplazo de la pieza afectada<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

          • \n

            Cambio completo del producto si corresponde. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

            4. Errores en el pedido<\/h2>

            Si el producto entregado no corresponde al solicitado<\/strong> por error de la empresa:<\/p>

            • \n

              Se realizar\u00e1 el retiro del producto sin costo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

            • \n

              Se fabricar\u00e1 o enviar\u00e1 el producto correcto.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

              Si el error se debe a informaci\u00f3n incorrecta proporcionada por el cliente<\/strong>, los costos de correcci\u00f3n o fabricaci\u00f3n adicional deber\u00e1n ser asumidos por el cliente.<\/p>

              5. Garant\u00eda legal<\/h2>

              Todos nuestros productos cuentan con garant\u00eda legal de 6 meses por fallas de fabricaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, seg\u00fan la Ley de Protecci\u00f3n de los Derechos de los Consumidores en Chile.<\/p>

              El cliente puede optar por:<\/p>

                Reparaci\u00f3n del producto<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                Cambio del producto<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

              • \n

                Devoluci\u00f3n del dinero. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

                6. Exclusiones de garant\u00eda<\/h2>

                La garant\u00eda no aplica en los siguientes casos:<\/p>

                  Da\u00f1os por mal uso o manipulaci\u00f3n incorrecta<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  Instalaci\u00f3n inadecuada<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  Modificaciones realizadas por terceros<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  Desgaste natural del producto<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

                  Exposici\u00f3n a agentes qu\u00edmicos o ambientes corrosivos no recomendados<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>

                  7. Procedimiento para cambios o devoluciones<\/h2>

                  Para solicitar un cambio, garant\u00eda o devoluci\u00f3n:<\/p>
